How FocusZen Was Born from the Need for Order in Chaos
My name is Ange.
I have ADHD and I’m on the autism spectrum. I’m a solo mum raising my son – who also has ADHD and is on the spectrum.
Everyday life? Sometimes it’s an adventure, sometimes it’s a minefield.
But one thing’s for sure: you can’t get through it… without a plan.
Over the years, I’ve tried countless apps and systems that promised to “help me stay organised.”
None of them lasted more than a few days.
They were either too complicated, too flashy – or simply not made for me.
I couldn’t see myself in them. Or my world.
So I decided to build something of my own.
FocusZen was born from a real need
The need for simplicity. Quiet. Clarity.
The need to organise the day without guilt.
To stop carrying everything in my head.
To finally be able to say: “Okay, I did what really mattered today – the rest can wait.”
I’ve been building FocusZen for two years now.
It’s a project that came to life in the middle of daily life – in the mornings while my son is at school, in between orders for my handmade brand Ange Art.
This isn’t a startup from a glass office.
It’s a project built from the kitchen table – with heart, with real-life experience.
Who is it for?
For those with too much on their minds.
For people trying to juggle everything – parenting, work, studies, caregiving, health.
For those with ADHD, autism, sensory overwhelm.
For students, parents, freelancers.
For those who don’t need motivation – just support.
FocusZen won’t teach you how to live.
But it gives you a space where you can finally take a breath – and shape your day your way.
If you want to see what a day with FocusZen feels like, start with just one thing.
Write it down. Set a reminder. Check it off when you’re done.
And watch what happens… when you finally don’t have to carry it all in your head.
