Have you noticed what’s happening in digital marketing lately?
Perfectly polished celebrity faces — enhanced by AI. Then there’s their voice, lip-syncing to a script they probably never saw, generated entirely by software. It looks real… but somehow it’s completely lifeless. Creepy, isn’t it? And honestly, a bit insulting to our intelligence.
Then there’s the ads for productivity apps. Nine times out of ten, they show someone… cleaning. Seriously. Organising a drawer, wiping a surface, smiling at their sparkling home as if that’s the pinnacle of a well-managed life. As if organising time is only about having spotless countertops.
And influencers? Don’t get me started. Paid partnerships, scripted enthusiasm, no real connection to what they’re promoting. It’s all so… artificial. You can feel it, can’t you?
So, I’ve decided to take a different route. A bit old-school, maybe. But real.
I’m currently promoting my app FocusZen the traditional way — through local leaflets, a sign on my car, and personal posts from my own account, sharing what’s really going on, day by day. I’m under no illusion that I’ll reach the masses this way. But you know what? I’ll connect with people. Real ones. With real challenges. And maybe, just maybe, I can help.
You see, FocusZen isn’t just another app. Yes, it’s on your phone, but its purpose is much bigger than screen time. It’s about mental clarity. Calm. Finding space in your day that feels like yours. Not for scrolling endlessly, but for breathing, planning, living. And yes — with better time management, you might just find more time for fun too.
And this is just the beginning.
I’m also working on FocusZen Kids — a project that brings together tech, real-world activities, family time and learning. Not just gamified screens, but meaningful interaction. It’s something I’m building with childlike excitement — because it really matters.
No gimmicks. No AI-generated celebrities. Just honest tools for a busy world.
If you’re tired of being sold to, if you want something that respects your time and your mind — I’d love for you to give FocusZen a try. And if it doesn’t change your life, at least it won’t waste your time.
Because let’s face it — time is one thing we don’t get back.
Thank you for being here! ❤️
